This can include passport and visa details, bank statements, letters from the bank or the police, and documents that show the source of funds.<\/li>\n    <li>When you pay: the payment slip, the amount and the reference. You pay by PromptPay, bank transfer or SWIFT, so we do not collect card numbers on this website.<\/li>\n    <li>When you visit this website: technical data such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you open. Case examples on this website are anonymized and never show surnames, passports, account numbers or police letters.<\/li>\n    <li>To keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>We use your data because you ask us for a service, because Thai law requires it, or because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. They receive only what they need and must keep it confidential.<\/li>\n    <li>The bank and the police, when you ask us to submit documents or act for you.<\/li>\n    <li>Service providers that help us run our work: HubSpot (customer records and the website form), Google (website analytics), Cloudflare (website security), our hosting provider and the messengers you choose to use, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat and LINE.<\/li>\n    <li>Authorities, when Thai law requires us to provide information.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n\n   <h2 id=\"abroad\"><span>5<\/span>Data stored outside Thailand<\/h2>\n   <p>Some of our service providers, such as HubSpot, Google, Cloudflare and messenger apps, store data on servers outside Thailand, for example in the United States or Europe. We use established providers that have their own security and data protection commitments, and we transfer data only as the PDPA allows.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"keep\"><span>6<\/span>How long we keep data<\/h2>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Requests that do not become a case: up to 5 years. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.<\/li>\n    <li>Case files: while your case is active and for 5 years after it ends, to answer questions or claims about our work.<\/li>\n    <li>Payment records: for the period required by Thai accounting and tax law.<\/li>\n    <li>Website analytics: according to the data retention settings of Google Analytics.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>When we no longer need the data, we delete it or make it anonymous.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"cookies\"><span>7<\/span>Cookies and analytics<\/h2>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Your choice: a cookie remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, for 180 days.<\/li>\n    <li>Language: the website may remember the language you chose.<\/li>\n    <li>Security: Cloudflare may set cookies to protect the website from attacks and bots.<\/li>\n    <li>Analytics: Google Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, for example clicks on WhatsApp.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
