When you order a service, these terms and your written quote apply. If they say different things, the written quote comes first.<\/p>\n   <p>How we handle your personal data: <a href=\"\/en\/privacy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"who\"><span>2<\/span>Who we are and what we do<\/h2>\n   <p>We are a case coordination company for foreigners with Thai bank accounts. We help when an account is frozen or restricted, when a bank asks for KYC or source-of-funds documents, when a police or cyber police hold is involved, and when a bank refuses to open an account.<\/p>\n   <p>Depending on your case, our work can include:<\/p>\n   <ul>\n    <li>reviewing your situation and documents and explaining the procedure;<\/li>\n    <li>preparing explanation letters, checklists and source-of-funds documents in Thai;<\/li>\n    <li>communicating with the bank and the police for you;<\/li>\n    <li>going with you to the branch or the police station and interpreting;<\/li>\n    <li>translating documents without certification;<\/li>\n    <li>coordinating licensed partner lawyers, notaries and certified translators when your case needs them.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>We are not a law firm, not a bank and not a government office, and we are not affiliated with any bank. Legal representation, letters signed by a lawyer, certified translations and other regulated work are done by licensed Thai partners, only with your consent. We tell you in advance when your case needs them.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"website-info\"><span>3<\/span>Information on this website<\/h2>\n   <p>The articles, examples and prices on this website are general information. They are not legal or financial advice for your situation.<\/p>\n   <p>Thai banks change their rules and practices often. We update our pages, but some details may become outdated. We check your case before we give you specific advice.<\/p>\n   <p>The case examples on this website are real, but we remove personal details. Every case is different, and a past result does not mean the same result for you.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"quote\"><span>4<\/span>Free case check and written quote<\/h2>\n   <p>Sending a request is free and does not oblige you to order anything. After a short free check of your description and the bank\u2019s printout or message, we tell you who most likely restricted the account, which package fits and what it costs. Contacting the bank or the police for you is part of a paid package.<\/p>\n   <p>Before any paid work, we send you a written quote. It usually states:<\/p>\n   <ul>\n    <li>the package, what we will do and what is not included;<\/li>\n    <li>the price and the payment terms;<\/li>\n    <li>expected third-party costs, if any;<\/li>\n    <li>how many visits are included;<\/li>\n    <li>the documents and information we need from you;<\/li>\n    <li>an estimated timeline, if it can be estimated.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>Our agreement starts when you confirm the quote in writing, by message or by email, or when you pay for it. If you order for a company, you confirm that you have the right to act for it.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"packages\"><span>5<\/span>Packages<\/h2>\n   <p>We work with four packages: Basic, Standard, Complex and VIP. Your written quote confirms the package and its price. What each package includes: <a href=\"\/en\/pricing\/\">Pricing<\/a><\/p>\n   <ul>\n    <li>One package covers one case: one account holder and the banks named in your quote.<\/li>\n    <li>Each visit included in a package lasts up to 4 hours. Extra time is 1,690 THB per hour. Waiting time counts as working time.<\/li>\n    <li>Follow-up included in a package lasts up to 30 days after we submit your documents or the release letter to the bank. If the bank or the officer needs more time or new work, we agree the next step and its price with you in writing first.<\/li>\n    <li>One translation page is an A4 page of up to about 250 words, or 500\u2013600 characters for Chinese.<\/li>\n    <li>Case Review &amp; Strategy (12,900 THB) is a separate service. Its price is not deducted from a package.<\/li>\n    <li>VIP includes a review of key letters by a licensed partner lawyer and up to 2 working days of travel outside Bangkok. Tickets, hotel and transport are paid at cost. Each extra travel day is 11,900 THB. Legal representation, if a case needs it, is quoted separately.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>We agree the date and time of each visit with you in advance. You can cancel or move a visit free of charge more than 24 hours before it starts. A later cancellation is charged at 50% of the visit price; for a visit included in your package, 50% of the half-day rate (6,490 THB). A no-show or a cancellation after the start is charged in full, and an included visit counts as used.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"payment\"><span>6<\/span>Prices and payment<\/h2>\n   <p>All listed service prices include 7% VAT. Fixed prices are final for the stated service scope. Prices marked \u201cFrom\u201d are starting prices, and the exact fee is confirmed in writing before payment. Any third-party or government fees are confirmed separately before payment.<\/p>\n   <p>Payment is 100% before work starts. Larger cases can be paid in stages: the written quote shows each stage and its price, and each stage is paid before it starts. If the quote has no stages, the whole service counts as one stage.<\/p>\n   <p>We accept PromptPay, bank transfer in Thailand and international transfer (SWIFT). Payment details come only with your written quote.<\/p>\n   <p>Our prices are in Thai baht. Bank fees are paid by the sender, and the full quoted amount in Thai baht must reach our account. Amounts in CNY on this website are approximate.<\/p>\n   <p>After payment, please send us the payment slip. We start work after we confirm your payment, usually the same business day.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"extra\"><span>7<\/span>Upgrades and additional work<\/h2>\n   <p>If your case turns out to need a higher package, you pay only the difference between the two package prices. For VIP, it is the difference to the VIP price in your written quote. Travel, extra translations and third-party costs are separate. We agree the upgrade in writing before any extra work starts.<\/p>\n   <p>Work outside your quote is quoted separately. Examples are another account holder, a bank not named in the quote, a new freeze, extra visits or translations, or new work because important information arrived late. We always ask for your approval before we start additional paid work.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"third-party\"><span>8<\/span>Third-party costs and licensed partners<\/h2>\n   <p>Unless your written quote says otherwise, our fee does not include:<\/p>\n   <ul>\n    <li>bank fees, official fees and courier costs;<\/li>\n    <li>certified, notarized or legalized translations beyond your package;<\/li>\n    <li>travel outside Bangkok: transport, hotel and tickets;<\/li>\n    <li>legal representation by licensed partner lawyers, if a case needs it.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>We tell you about these costs before they are paid. Depending on the case, you pay them directly or through us at cost.<\/p>\n   <p>We involve licensed partners only with your consent. Each partner is responsible for its own professional work. We coordinate the work and keep you informed.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"you\"><span>9<\/span>Your responsibilities<\/h2>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Give us true and complete information and genuine documents.<\/li>\n    <li>Make sure you are the account holder or have written authority to act for the account holder.<\/li>\n    <li>Reply to our questions and requests for documents in reasonable time.<\/li>\n    <li>Check the letters we prepare and confirm them before we submit them.<\/li>\n    <li>Come to the bank or the police station in person when they require it.<\/li>\n    <li>Make sure the money in your account and the money you pay us comes from legal sources.<\/li>\n    <li>Tell us about important changes, for example a new letter from the bank or a change of visa status.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>If the case is delayed or cannot be completed because of missing or wrong information from your side, the work already done is still paid.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"results\"><span>10<\/span>Timelines and results<\/h2>\n   <p>We work Monday to Friday, 09:00\u201319:00 Bangkok time, and usually reply the same business day. We keep you updated through the channel you prefer: WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, LINE or email.<\/p>\n   <p>The bank and the police make their own decisions and work at their own speed. We cannot guarantee a specific result or deadline. Any timeline we give you is an estimate, not a promise.<\/p>\n   <p>Our fee pays for our work, not for a decision of the bank or the police, unless your quote clearly says that part of the fee depends on the result. If the first attempt stalls, we explain why and what the next options are. A second round, if needed, is agreed in writing; in VIP it is part of the plan.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"refunds\"><span>11<\/span>Cancellations and refunds<\/h2>\n   <ul>\n    <li>If we cannot take your case after the free check, you do not pay anything.<\/li>\n    <li>If you cancel after paying but before we start work, we refund our fee in full, minus any third-party costs already paid.<\/li>\n    <li>Once a stage has started, the fee for that stage is not refundable, because it pays for the review, preparation and coordination already done.<\/li>\n    <li>Stages that have not started yet are refunded, minus any third-party costs already paid for them.<\/li>\n    <li>If your quote has no stages, the whole service counts as one stage.<\/li>\n    <li>If we cannot complete the agreed work because of our own fault, we refund the part of the fee for the work not done.<\/li>\n    <li>Government fees and third-party costs that have already been paid are not refundable.<\/li>\n    <li>For visits, the 24-hour cancellation rule in section 5 applies.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>Refunds are made by bank transfer in Thai baht.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"stop\"><span>12<\/span>Compliance and stopping work<\/h2>\n   <p>We work only through official procedures. We never offer or pay bribes or \u201cfacilitation payments\u201d, and we never prepare false documents. We may ask for documents that show the source of funds.<\/p>\n   <p>We may decline a case or stop work if:<\/p>\n   <ul>\n    <li>the case needs illegal actions, false documents or payments to officials;<\/li>\n    <li>the information or documents you give us are false;<\/li>\n    <li>we have reason to believe that the funds or activity involved are illegal or connected with sanctions evasion;<\/li>\n    <li>you do not provide the information we need to continue;<\/li>\n    <li>you treat our team or partners in an abusive way.<\/li>\n   <\/ul>\n   <p>You or we can also end the work at any time by a written message. In any of these cases, the work already done is paid under section 11, and we give you the documents we have prepared for your case.<\/p>\n\n   <h2 id=\"confidential\"><span>13<\/span>Confidentiality and documents<\/h2>\n   <p>We keep the information about your case confidential and share it only with the people and offices involved in your case. Details: <a href=\"\/en\/privacy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/p>\n   <p>We never publish client surnames, passports, account numbers or police letters. Case examples on this website are anonymized.<\/p>\n   <p>We usually work with copies of your documents. If you give us originals, we return them as soon as they are no longer needed.
