  • The bank and the police make the final decision. Nobody can honestly guarantee the result.
  • Payment is 100% before work starts; larger cases can be paid in stages, as shown in your written quote. PromptPay, Thai bank transfer or international transfer (SWIFT); bank fees are paid by the sender.
  • A stage that has started is not refunded. Stages not started are refunded, minus third-party costs already paid. If your quote has no stages, the whole service counts as one stage.

Pricing questions

Is the first check free?
Yes. A short first check of your situation, based on your description and the bank’s printout or message, is free. It tells you which package fits and what it costs. You pay only after you agree to the written quote.
What if my case turns out to be more complex?
You pay only the difference between the two package prices. For VIP, it is the difference to the VIP price in your written quote. Travel, extra translations and third-party costs are separate. We tell you before any extra work starts, and nothing changes without your written agreement.
What if the bank still refuses?
The bank and the police make the final decision. If the first attempt stalls, we explain why and what the next options are. A second round, if needed, is agreed in writing; in VIP it is part of the plan. If your case is paid in stages, you don’t pay for stages that have not started.
Are bank, government and partner fees included?
No. Bank fees, official fees, courier costs, travel costs outside Bangkok and legal representation by licensed partner lawyers are separate unless your written quote says otherwise. VIP includes a partner lawyer’s review of key letters. We confirm all costs before you pay.
Are translations and letters included?
Every package includes an explanation letter in Thai, English, Chinese or Russian. Standard and higher include translation of key documents. Certified, notarized or legalized translations beyond the package are priced separately, from 3,190 THB per page.
How do I pay?
Only after you agree to the written quote. We accept PromptPay, Thai bank transfer and international transfer (SWIFT). Payment is 100% before work starts; larger cases can be paid in stages, as shown in your written quote.
Can I pay from abroad, or in USD or CNY?
Yes, by international bank transfer (SWIFT). Payment is in Thai baht: bank fees are paid by the sender, and the full amount in THB must reach our account. Amounts shown in CNY are approximate and for reference only.
Do I need to be in Thailand?
Not to start. We can review your case, prepare the documents and contact the bank or the police remotely. Usually the account holder still has to visit the branch or the police station in person at least once. We plan the case so you make as few trips as possible.
How long does it take?
A simple KYC case often takes 1–3 weeks after the bank receives complete documents. Police holds usually take several weeks to a few months; in our recent cases it was from 2 weeks to 2 months.
Do you guarantee that my account will be unfrozen?
No, and please be careful with anyone who does. The bank and the police make the final decision. Before you pay, we tell you honestly what is realistic in your situation.
