1Who we are

The data controller is UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD., a company registered in Thailand. We run this website under the name Unblock Thai Bank. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the PDPA.

  • Company: UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD. (บริษัท อันบล็อก โปร เอเชีย จำกัด)
  • Registration No.: 0105568213649
  • Office: Phaya Thai, Bangkok
  • Privacy requests: [email protected]

2What data we collect

  • When you send a request: your name, phone number, messenger ID or email, your bank, the type of problem, how you found us and your description of the situation.
  • When you message or call us: your messages, voice notes and the files you send us.
  • When we work on your case: only the documents and details your case requires. This can include passport and visa details, bank statements, letters from the bank or the police, and documents that show the source of funds.
  • When you pay: the payment slip, the amount and the reference. You pay by PromptPay, bank transfer or SWIFT, so we do not collect card numbers on this website.
  • When you visit this website: technical data such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you open. See section 7.

Some information can be sensitive data under the PDPA, for example information about a police case. We process it only with your explicit consent and only for your case.

3How we use your data

  • To answer your request and prepare a written quote.
  • To work on your case: to review documents, prepare letters and communicate with the bank, the police and our licensed partners for you.
  • To keep payment records and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
  • To publish a review, only with your consent: with your first name and, if you agree, your photo. Case examples on this website are anonymized and never show surnames, passports, account numbers or police letters.
  • To keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.

We use your data because you ask us for a service, because Thai law requires it, or because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. For sensitive data, we ask for your explicit consent.

We do not sell your data. We do not send you marketing messages unless you agree to receive them.

4Who we share it with

  • Licensed partner lawyers, notaries, interpreters and translators who work on your case. They receive only what they need and must keep it confidential.
  • The bank and the police, when you ask us to submit documents or act for you.
  • Service providers that help us run our work: HubSpot (customer records and the website form), Google (website analytics), Cloudflare (website security), our hosting provider and the messengers you choose to use, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat and LINE.
  • Authorities, when Thai law requires us to provide information.

5Data stored outside Thailand

Some of our service providers, such as HubSpot, Google, Cloudflare and messenger apps, store data on servers outside Thailand, for example in the United States or Europe. We use established providers that have their own security and data protection commitments, and we transfer data only as the PDPA allows.

6How long we keep data

  • Requests that do not become a case: up to 5 years. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
  • Case files: while your case is active and for 5 years after it ends, to answer questions or claims about our work.
  • Payment records: for the period required by Thai accounting and tax law.
  • Website analytics: according to the data retention settings of Google Analytics.

When we no longer need the data, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7Cookies and analytics

  • Your choice: a cookie remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, for 180 days.
  • Language: the website may remember the language you chose.
  • Security: Cloudflare may set cookies to protect the website from attacks and bots.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, for example clicks on WhatsApp.

Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, but it may not remember your choices.

8How we protect your data

  • Only the people who work on your case can access your documents.
  • We protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-step verification where available.
  • Please do not send passport numbers, bank account numbers or passwords through the website form. When we need documents, we will tell you how to send them safely.

No system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to affect you, we will inform you and the authorities as the PDPA requires.

9Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can:

  • ask for access to your data and a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your data or to stop using it;
  • object to how we use your data or ask us to limit it;
  • receive your data in a common electronic format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

To make a request, email us or message us in any messenger. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 30 days. If Thai law requires us to keep some data, for example accounting records, we will explain this to you.

10Minors

Our services are for adults. If a person under 20 needs our help, a parent or legal guardian should contact us for them.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
